Bob Baylis - Head Coach
After two years as an assistant coach of the Islanders Coach Baylis assumed the head coaching duties commencing with the 2004 season. He has over twenty years coaching experience at the youth and senior elite levels with Lac St. Louis Lakers, Lakeshore and Lachine Soccer Associations. He was the Technical Director with the LaSalle Minor Soccer Association in 2003 and 2004.
Bob also currently coaches the Lakeshore Senior Elite 1 Men's Team in the LSEQ "AAA" with current and former graduating JAC players.
In 2004 the Islander soccer team won the provincal championship and were bronze medalists at the CCAA National Championships.

Alex Navarette - Assistant Coach
Alex is a former Islander who, after completing his studies at John Abbott, attended Concordia University where he received a Bachelor of Education degree. While at Concordia he played varsity soccer for two years.
Currently he is a player/coach with the Lakeshore Men's Division I team under the tutelage of Bob Baylis. Alex is in his third year of teaching at Pierrefonds Comprehensive High School where he also coaches the Bantam and Juvenile boys soccer teams.
He is delighted to be an assistant coach of the Islanders and hopes to help Coach Baylis guide the talented Islanders to more continued success.
