Energy Management Technology is a three-year professional program offered by the Department of Engineering Technologies at John Abbott College. Designed to give job entry training, it provides a technical core which will also allow graduates to apply to university (the necessary prerequisites courses can be taken while in the program).
Graduates are equipped to pursue careers in a variety of technical areas including building technology, instrumentation and control, electronics, electrical engineering or heating and ventilation technologies. It is the only program of its kind in the province of Quebec, and has been designed after extensive research of the job market for both present and future needs.
