Any John Abbott College student can take advantage of the Off-Campus Housing Services. The service offers accommodations in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue and surrounding areas along bus routes. Our experience shows that a wide range of accommodations such as, rooms in private homes, room and board in private homes, and apartments to rent and/or share along with corresponding rent charges are available. Some students may not find accommodations within walking distance from the College, but the campus is served by an excellent bus service (MUCTC) with links to the entire island of Montreal.

The list is prepared from the most recent to the oldest entry. The list is derived from a number of municipalities in the surrounding area including: Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Senneville, Baie D'Urfe, Beaconsfield, Ile Perrot, Vaudreuil, Pincourt, Kirkland, Pointe-Claire, Dollard-des-Ormeaux and Dorval.

In order to view a particular municipality and its proximity to the College, please refer to the search results. In search results click on the name of the city and it will show you a map of that city.

The off-campus housing list is not screened by John Abbott College so we encourage students and parents to properly research and request reference from each potential landlord.
