Sports Nutrition (120-DBB-AB)

Sports Nutrition provides the student with the knowledge and skills needed 1) to understand the science of nutrition and health-related and sport-related fitness, 2) to describe nutritional factors for power, endurance, and combined sports, and 3) to develop scientifically sound training and performance diet plans. Sports Nutrition is a complementary course in the Science and Technology domain and is open to John Abbott College students from all programs.
