I love sports and any physical activity. My background is team sports, my current sport being Rugby which I have played for many years, including my Abbott days! However I have also played competitive hockey and soccer. I love to share my passion for physical activity with my students in hopes that they pickup an activity they can pursue to stay healthy and fit!
