I have a passion for sports and fitness that I love to share with everyone. I also enjoy introducing new activities to others so they can have fun and experience the benefits of physical activity, as well. I enjoy just about every kind of sport. Currently, I play volleyball, go snowboarding, run and lift weights on a regular basis. I truly believe that leading an active lifestyle can help you live a happier and healthier life.
